Yesterday I purchased the new Hydro razor, and these disposable razors. I used the $4 disposable coupon and got back a $3RR & $1RR for the disposables, and a $5RR & $3RR for the Hydro. I think the disposables triggered the $3RR that you get when buying Hydro cartridges. 99 cents for both after register rewards!
