RecycleBank has partnered with cities to reward households for recycling; households earn RecycleBank Points that can be used to shop at over 1,500 local and national businesses. Right now, you can earn 100 RecycleBank points just for signing up to join. Once you have signed up you can use your points to purchase high value coupons for groceries and/or discounts at online stores. Here are the steps to sign up and redeem your points:
1.) Go here and sign up for an account. They do not have active service in Toledo but you can still sign up and get the rewards. I know they have been in talks with Toledo City Council to begin servicing the Toledo area.
2.) After signing up, click on the “Get Rewards” tab
3.) Pick which coupons/free items you want to receive. You can receive free magazine subscriptions for as little as 100 points!!! They also have high value coupons for coke products, diapers and wipes etc… They even ship the coupons to you for FREE!!
